Inventories & inspections · Web preview
Evidence of a property’s condition you can stand behind.
For inventory clerks, letting agents and landlords who record check-ins, mid-term visits and check-outs — and need a report that holds up when a deposit is discussed.
What you can do in the preview
- Record room by room. Each item has its own condition and cleanliness, a description and notes; quick phrases and templates speed it up.
- Photographs stay with what they show. Photos are attached to the item or room they evidence, and the report shows them in place.
- Keys and meters are recorded with the inventory.
- Check-outs are compared with the check-in item by item: what is worse is shown, with the check-in’s observation beside it. Qamix shows differences; it does not decide responsibility.
- Issued means issued. Issuing makes a dated PDF version that never changes; a correction is a new version with its reason, and the earlier one stays available.
- Tenants review and acknowledge the report with a code sent to them — no account needed.
- A team diary for visits, with clerks seeing the inventories assigned to them (on plans that include it).

A native iPhone app is being developed separately. Recording works in the web browser, on a phone, tablet or computer.
